PROJECT PROPOSAL AND SUBMISSION

We undertake to draw up the project proposal and supporting documentation for submission, according to the requirements of the specific call. 
Task Implementation 
Through our international network of consulting companies, specialised in services for the food & beverage and tourism sectors, we support our clients in the implementation of all project activities to ensure success.

MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING

We collaborate with our client’s internal staff to manage funded projects from start to finish.  We monitor the approved budget constantly and verify the eligibility of the expenses incurred.

FOLLOW-UP AND EX-POST EVALUATION

We assist our clients in the closure of the project and in ex-post evaluation.
